⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “I was recommended Veronica and her team at Helloguest by a friend of mine (I always prefer going with a recommendation for things like this), and I have to say, they’ve been absolutely great. From the initial contact I made via the website, I heard back from them within about 10 minutes, which was a great start. I then found meeting with Veronica an absolute pleasure; she had great energy and was straightforward to deal with. The terms were clearly explained and generously constructed (no lock in etc.). Then when it came to getting the flat ready, they were super helpful – spotting a small leak I had in the kitchen and then getting that fixed, arranging keys to be cut, getting the photography done etc. During the actual management, they’ve kept me informed of when it’s in use, check with me about my willingness to have kids there when needed, and made the flat available for me when I’ve needed to use it… I could go on! In short – I was really pleased from start to finish and couldn’t recommend the team highly enough.”
