⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “I had an overseas assignment for almost 3 months and needed to ensure that my flat was well looked after, was protected and yet at the same time be able to make some extra monies that I could invest later on. One of my friends recommended HelloGuest to me, which primarily operates only out of London for property owners here. Being a Londoner, I am sure most of us know very well how hectic IT is and how challenging it can be to find the right people to manage your property whilst you are away. I met Veronica, the founder of HG, and she was brilliant right from the start- she recommended a few options that I could undertake regarding their services. She assured me that everything would be taken care of- and to rest assured whilst I was abroad. Her team visited my Flat- took some pictures- gave me some suggestions on a few things- and then I was told the potential of how much I could get for the 3 months I was away. Veronica even ensured that I was sent proper reports before and after each guest moved in and out of my flat. Every booking was also screened past me- I liked this level of engagement. What’s more- every guest that stayed at my flat- gave me a 5-star review- how cool is that! And so HelloGuest not just welcomed the guests in my flat with excellent service but also dedicated themselves to my needs as a property owner.
