⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “I worked with Veronica and her team for 4 months and rented 2 bedrooms in my flat in Central London. Veronica was very helpful at explaining and implementing the rental “strategy”, how to equip the rooms to make them appealing to customers, how to price them, and what info to share. She then sent a photographer who did a fantastic job capturing the spirit of the flat, helping to emphasize the good bits of my flat such as the vintage wooden floor or the natural light coming from the park etc. Following this, her team did a great job at welcoming the guests and dealing with the cleaning and never had any issues despite hosting dozens of guests. They even took care of claiming damages cost when a guest left a room slightly damaged. Excellent service overall. I would recommend it.“
