A classy modern apartment situated in the heart of Swanage, just a stone’s throw from the beach. This apartment uses streamlined guest communication using our Airbnb management software. During the first quarter of 2023, this property has been booked already for 30 days, with the owner turning over at least £3,000.

This client wanted to enhance their guest experience with more 5-star reviews; they were averaging around 3.2 beforehand and decided to use our expert management services. Doing so, they enjoyed a lot of success with a large jump in 5-star reviews and an increase in bookings during off-peak seasons by 11.2%.

Best of the 3 short let agencies I have used by such a distance it is simply embarrassing. They won an award last year as the best AIRBNB agency in Northern Europe.
