How much could YOU earn?
Short lets can generate a healthy and considerable income for a period of availability as they offer travellers an alternative to staying in hotels and at higher night rates compared to longer-term rentals.
Income will depend on several factors that drive demand such as the season, pricing, quality and features of the property, location, of course, availability, size and supply in the area.
We make sure you’re covered
To give you peace of mind, if anything does happen to go wrong with your home – you’ll be covered. Guests pay a deposit and our inventory check-in system allows us to identify any issues when the guest is ready to check out.
How you get paid and collect your earnings
We’ll go through all the details when you are considering joining us as a partner – it’s here that we will iron out all the fine details.
However, in short, our partner’s earnings are paid directly into their bank accounts.
