Home upgrades: Do we need a new flat screen on the wall? Remove an old couch or refurbish a kitchen. Our handyman can make this happen and help advise on the best appliances for your Airbnb property.

Gas safe: We can employ gas engineers who are qualified and registered with the Gas Safe scheme – From here, we will issue gas safety certificates service or replace your boiler or gas cooker.

Some booking channels, such as Airbnb and TripAdvisor, provide insurance coverage in the case of damages. We will raise a claim for you if there is supporting evidence of damages. AirCover’s damage liability covers up to £1,000,000.

You may also want to consider having your insurance cover potential damages; several companies now offer insurance specifically for short-term and holiday rentals. We can recommend these to you if needed.
