Thank you to everyone at Helloguest, appreciate all the help getting my property listed and booked out for the periods when I'm away. Veronica and Emily helped me get things set up and gave good advice on how to best furnish the flat including getting a sofa bed for extra guests.     • How much does an Airbnb management service cost? Many other Airbnb management services in the capital and beyond usually take a commission fee between 18-25%. HelloGuest only charges from 12%.
    • How will I be paid? Payments will be paid directly into the bank account of your choice.
    • What does the cost include? The fee for our Airbnb management service covers everything our clients need to run a successful Airbnb. Included in your fee is coordinating professional cleaning (after each guest), listing management, booking management, guest communication and more.
    • Are there any onboarding costs? Depending on the property’s condition and location, there might be some onboarding costs. For example, we might need to take new photographs or deep clean the property before accepting bookings. Other cost factors are linen, bed sheets, bath towels, amenities and appliances.     Charges and fees

    • How do payments work? So, we’ll collect the booking payments and deposits on your behalf. At the end of each month, payments are made to our clients alongside an earnings report detailing bookings, earnings and any expenses.
    • Will I be locked into a contract? There are no fixed-term contracts with HelloGuest. However, it might take a few months to unlock your property’s true potential to make it a top earner. However, you can cancel anytime- you must honour or cancel any existing, upcoming bookings.
    • What about insurance? We do not provide insurance as an additional service – however, insurance is covered by booking platforms like Airbnb.
    • Will the property be ready immediately? Once we get you onboard, set your booking availability and get your listing live, you’ll be ready to go.
    • Will there be any unexpected costs? In some cases, fixed fees might be added to each reservation, which is applied to cover admin and logistical costs – but don’t worry, we’ll let you know of any additional costs during onboarding.
