Long Term Letting and Rental Options

Common Airbnb Management Service Questions
How long does it take to create a listing?
The timing will vary depending on the availability of the property information, photos, servicing needs, access and the booking sites getting the listing connected – on average you can expect it will take 1- 2 weeks.
How long does it take to receive the first booking?
It will usually take between 10 to 15 days to receive your first booking but this can vary. Booking sites are marketplaces so a lot will depend on the level of demand and supply, the rental property characteristics, and the rental pricing.
What do I do with my personal belongings?
If you have belongings in the property, then we strongly suggest removing anything with significant sentimental or monetary value or at least store in a place with a secure lock but please do not leave the property bare and empty!! Guests love to stay in homely places with character and they will normally respect your belongings.
Do you use your own cleaners?
This will depend on your location, we either work with cleaning companies we have screened that meet your needs (this can include cleaners you are currently using) or our own inhouse cleaners which typically come from a hotel background who are well trained in cleaning standards for short stay rentals.
Do we use our own profile or yours for the listing?
We are flexible depending on whichever option works best for you. We would generally recommend retaining established listings with a good review history. For new property listings we recommend using our profile as we have well-managed good profiles on the booking channels.
